Returns And Refunds
Damaged And Issues :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (maximum within 2 days! ) if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it to your satisfaction.
To start a return, you can contact us at yemazonco@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Lost, or Missing While in Transit:
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
Return Due To Change of Mind
YemeZone will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 14 days of you receiving the item.
The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.
The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation
Normally all of our orders are shipped out within 1 to 2 days.
If you cancel your order before the package is shipped out, we need take a 10% charge of your order for the cancellation fee which includes handling and restock.
Once your package was shipped out, we could not cancel your order and issue the refund. Hope you can understand.
